Mieke Anna Richard Witdouck is a seasoned media production industry professional of 30 years producing, directing, and editing several magazines. Mieke’s expertise is in marketing, content, human resources, purchasing, energy, editing, and writing in the fields of lifestyle and food. She has worked for magazines, such as Food & Meat, Pain & Patisserie, Food Industry and Karaat, and has served as Editor-In-Chief of Food Industry, Food & Meat, Brood & Banket, and Pain & Patisserie. Mieke received her MA in History from Uninversiteit Gent and enjoys reading, hiking, and singing in her spare time.
