Milena Meneghetti is the owner of Open Space Incorporated. Originally it was a consultancy designed to support the development of various things, including management consulting practices. When she became a Psychologist the business took a new direction. She's always been interested in human beings, what makes us tick, what makes us feel good, what makes us feel bad and how we interact with others. She describes herself as a more "analytical" Psychologist. Ms. Meneghetti has made many presentations and facilitated many seminars and workshops. She was a keynote presenter at the IAVE World Conference and a concurrent session presenter at other provincial conferences. Over the next few years, she hopes to reshape her business, with a focus on media-related activities, research and more writing. Ms. Meneghetti is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals to learn from them and develop networking opportunities.
