Mircalla Cerna has more than 20 years of professional experience in her career dating from 1999. Since 2008, Mircalla has been working in Lima, Peru as a CEO of her own company by the name of CALLA Joyas. The company specializes in designing handmade jewelry producing with Peruvian artisans products made of fair trade silver, gold and original Peruvian gems.
Mircalla was prompted to get involved in this profession by way of natural progression and passion. Over the years, she has developed a fascination for design, fashion and jewelry. Mircalla's highest level of education is a Master's degree in Business Administration from a University in Peru and she is a member of The Bar Association.
In the next few years, Mircalla plans to continue to grow, develop in her field and continue to make a difference. Mircalla also wants to continue to study fashion, possibly in Barcelona. Her aim is to keep learning and growing, to give employment and development to our artisans, and to tell her story through her work.
