More than 25 years
Kathryn Tsirigotis is the Director of Licensing and Senior Counsel at Tsirigotis. She has worked the past 25 years both as an engineer and an attorney and has extensive experience in all aspects of intellectual property law. Her specialties include Intellectual Property Law (including patents, trademarks, copyrights, mask works and trade secrets), Strategic Licensing and Complex Agreements (including Product License Agreements, Joint Development Agreements and Strategic Alliances) and IP Acquisitions and Partnerships and all IP matters in company Mergers & Acquisitions, and Management of IP litigation and enforcement matters.
Although she is a member and has networked in various organizations focused both on engineering and law, she would like to expand to areas outside of the legal community to meet women involved in other business areas and industries. She received her Doctor of Law from the University of Houston Law Center.
