For more than twenty years I have developed my professional experience in Management Consulting and Human Resources, having participated / managed numerous projects in companies from several market sectors – Banking, Insurance, Industry, Transportation (railroad, infrastructure, airport management, aerial navigation, handling), Health, FMCG, Logistics, Tourism, Construction, Utilities (water, electricity, energy, oil logistics), Media, IT, Telecommunications and Social Solidarity Institutions.

Marta Machado is a Compensation Executive for Netjets Europe. She has 22 years of experience in her field. On an average day she is responsible for compensation and manages the compensation structure. She also helps the Director implementing HR best practices and is responsible for the internal mapping position.
Marta’s area of expertise is talent and compensation. She has a Master's Degree in Economics from Lisbon Catholic University in 1995. She does some speaking when she is invited to speak at conferences. She participated in a book regarding Human Resources.
