Marzia Mengzi is the Customer Success Manager at PayPal. With over eleven years of experience in her career, Marzia is best known for her expertise in customer relations and building trust. In her current role, she is responsible for managing approximately 100 customers, handling large accounts and resolving customer service issues. Following the completion of her Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from Università degli Studi di Trieste in 2005, Marzia went on to receive a Master’s degree in Electronic Commerce from Dublin City University in 2010. In the coming years, Marzia would like transition from her field to that of project management and expand her knowledge. She attributes her success to constantly being inspired and the passion she has for her work. Marzia is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
