Monica Fayad Campos in the Manager of Marketing Effectiveness for Electrolux. It is a regional organization and she is the head of marketing. She has a Master’s Degree in Marketing and attended school at USP University in Sao Paulo, Brazil as well as UFRJ University in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. Monica has been working with home appliances companies for over 20 years. She helps her company generate real opportunities through insights based on market and consumer experiences. She says this role is very challenging because most of the company are men. Monica is also involved with a charitable organization called SOL. SOL is a local children’s organization. In the next three to five years she hopes to continue to grow with the company. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
