Monika E. Naef is the Partner & Owner of Dufour Advokatur Notariat. She started off studying languages in school and decided she wanted to do more, so she became a lawyer. She specializes in business administration, business development, client consulting, and international business relation. She received her Law Degree from Universitat Basel-Licentiate, 1987.
Monika attributes her success to hard work, listening to people's needs, as well as being a great problem solver. Her future goals are to work more internationally, and get more experience in strategic areas while also acquiring board positions. She would also like to strengthen her International ties and provide feedback, coaching and mentorship to the other members.
Monika is proud to have juggled her career while raising her 2 children and being able to have that balance in her life. Outside of work, she enjoys doing translation work for the hearing impaired. She also enjoys hiking, sailing, spending time with family and friends, reading and music concerts.
