Monique Rosalina-van de Kuilen is CEO and Communication Designer for Passaat Graphic and Web Design. With 30 years of experience, she is responsible for all accounts, makes contact with clients, manages teams, monitors and creates designs, does administration, invoicing, and management.
A communication freak and problem solver, she always had a passion for the field and loves to help people get the results and the connection they need to thrive. She is noted for management, concepts in branding, background displays, and graphic designs. She holds a Bachelors degree in HDO-Graphic Design, 1998, from HU University of Applied Sciences.
In the next few years she would like to have more international clients, and also wants to go outside to do business due to the diversity of clientele. She currently works with a teams from Columbia, Mexico, and Spain and hopes to continue expanding worldwide.
She says the key to her success has been the ability to attend to client needs, relationships, and passion. She is most proud of having clients with her for more than 30 years, and is proud of the years she and the team have had in the beginning managing internationally, and the relationships she has managed to keep. She is proud of starting the business and developing it on her own with a good team collaborating with her. She truly enjoys what she does, and looks forward to connecting with like minded professionals and expanding her network.
