In 2016, she founded a coaching consulting company, Reciprocidad al Talento, Realta, a firm that is centered around sustainable leadership. Ms. Reynoso is well known in her community and workforce for her commitment to continuous growth and contribution. Ms. Reynoso holds her Master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from EOI y PUCMM, an additional Master's degree in Business Administration from UTESA, an Executive Coaching Certification from ICC (International Coaching Community), London, and a Team Coaching Certification, also from ICC (International Coaching Community), London. Her vision for the future is to move to the US and become a leader in her field. She looks forward to networking and collaborating with likeminded professionals and speaks fluent English and Spanish. When not engaged with work, Ms. Reynoso enjoys going to the beach and the mountains and spending time with her family.
