Magdalena Rosales-Alban, MBA, is the Chief Executive Officer for LULAC Head Start Inc. in New Haven, Connecticut. Magdalena has seventeen years of leadership experience in Head Start and over twenty years of experience in the field of Early Childhood. She manages the planning and implementation of LULAC programs and is responsible for ensuring the organization's consistent achievement of its mission, vision, and financial objectives. Magdalena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Family and Child Studies and an MBA from the University of New Haven and several certifications in Family Development, Child Abuse Prevention, Infant and Toddler, and Systems Administration. Magdalena was a presenter at the National Zero-to-Three Conference and Birth-to-Three Institute. Over the years Magdalena has been invited to share how effective LULAC's systems and partnerships have been by participating at the National Webcasts Early Head Start-HARA Expansion (2010) and National Early Head Start-Child Welfare Partnership (2013). When Magdalena is not leading the LULAC team,she enjoys spending time with her family including her husband, three children, and two granddaughters.
