Maria Jimena Saavedra is Lead Data Manager for PRA. In her role, she meets with her groups to discuss data collections on clinical trials and solves problems relating to studies. She also coordinates and collaborates on identifying and correcting inconsistencies in data. She focuses particularly on clinical trials of vaccinations by Merck Pharmaceutical company, and is currently overseeing 3 studies.
After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching, Maria went back to University and received her Bachelor of Science in Biology, with honors. As key to her success, she cites always being willing and open to learn. She feels very fortunate that in her job she is able to contribute toward helping people.
