Maureen Ugalde is the Manager for Maureen’s Paradise Realty. She has been in her professional field for six years. She is responsible for giving consulting service in a legal water project. She leads the process as the intermediary between them and the government, coordinates with engineers, helps in building roads and meets with the companies for BIDs.
Maureen was a the Mayor for her town and had health problems and was home for two years. She then got some experience in tourism and in manufacturing and for six years did consulting for real estate projects. She then decided to start her own business. Maureen is best noted for business, real estate sales, teaching English, development and tourism.
Maureen has her Licenciatura from English Universidad Latina in 2012 and a Diploma in Hotel Tourism, Administration and Human resources. She does some public speaking. Maureen was the First Mayor of the Town from 2011-2016. In the next few years she hopes to be setting up an official office /contact center for the whole province providing construction of roads, housing, real estate projects for gated communities and an assisted living facility. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
