Martha Villalobos has more than 17 years of legal practice with experience in serving corporate clients doing business in Mexico in the manufacturing and mining industries.  She has participated in property development, leasing, acquisition and construction, as well as in national waters, agrarian matters, utilities, and design and negotiation of contracts, general corporate matters, labor legal advice, strategy design, legal risk management matters, starting up, development, operation and closure of manufacturing operations throughout Mexico.In the mining industry, she has wide experience in the design and negotiation of mining related contracts, concessions, design and negotiation of contracts for the access to superficial land and in general, in the starting up, development, operation and closure stages of mining projects throughout Mexico.
