Mary K. Willoughby has over 25 years experience and has been CHRO with All-American Home for three years. In the beginning she was just doing consulting, buy since has been a big part of the growth of the company. Her expertise are in strategy planning, change management and data analytics. Prior to this role, she was in accounting, and discovered she liked the human interaction part more. Thus, she went back to school for her Masters and it has been a natural progression since then. She earned her Masters in Human Resource Development from Saint John Fisher College in 2003. She is a part of the Society for Human Resource Management and National Human Resource Association. She has a nationwide webinar scheduled for March 21, where she will be speaking about data driven human resources. She has spoken at national conferences as well, and for 16 years she was an adjunct professor for a masters program Through the society for Human Resource Management she received an award for HR Executive of the Year, and she has received HR Volunteer of the Year. She sat on the advisory board for Saint John Fisher College and she received a leadership award. She credits her success to continuously learning and passion. She looks to help the company grow in the tow years to a 70% increase in revenue. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
