Mycinth Claudia Robertson has over 12 years experience in the field of Special Eduation. She is the founder and CEO of Building Bridges (BB) for the past two years. BB engages is advocacy, mediation and raising an awareness of children rights with special educational Needs ensuring that this vulnerable group access equal opportunities. She graduated in 2014 from the University of Guyana with a Post graduate degree in Education and her first degree in Social Work in 2008. She was awarded a certificate of excellence in the specialization in psychopedagogic diagnosis from the educational perspective in the field of Special Education with focus on children with disabilities (Autism, Dyslexia, ADHD) from the Institute of Pedagogical Science, Republic of Cuba & Ministry of Education Guyana. In Guyana, Mycinth is a part of the Guyana Professional Social Works group. She engages in working with parents groups in raising an awareness and advocating for children with Special Education Needs. In the next few years, she hopes to obtain her master's degree in Special Education. In her free time she enjoys reading, traveling and making a difference in the lives of persons by volunteering her time sharing her faith. she is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gain the recognition and credibility of being a member/
