Head of tax of Ortobom Group. Responsible for coordenating the tax of 17 companies in the group. Previously was a Legal Manager responsible for the legal area, with emphasis in competition law, tax (both direct and indirect) and complience.
Also responsible for the labor, civil, forestry, shipping, energy and environmental areas, including consulting.
Expertise in internal legal opinion and both preventive and litigious affairs.

With over 30 years of professional experience, Nadia Terron is a Legal Manager at Grupo Ortoboom where she manages 3 lawyers, does tax advising, corporate taxes/corporate business law, organizes all taxes for all 17 units nationwide, and executes reporting and meeting of deadlines.
Nadia holds her Master's degree in Tax from the Central Cultural Institute of Teaching and Searching, which she obtained in 1994. She is also a member of the Lawyers Association and the Bar Association of Brazil. Moving forward, Nadia looks forward to continued growth within Grupo, as she currently has a great relationship and reports directly to the owner of the company. She plans to network as much as possible with likeminded professionals worldwide.
