Najwa is an accomplished and distinguished doctor and researcher in Jordan. Najwa has a true love of taking care of people and works diligently towards the prevention of infectious disease and promotion of vaccination especially in the field of pediatrics. Najwa is currently collaborating globally with various doctors to build the Infectious Disease and Vaccine Center at the University of Jordan. Najwa has an abundance of prior experience as Department Head and Dean of Research. Najwa was the first woman to win the Abdul hamid Shoman prize for her research and work in infectious disease and immunization. Najwa has an abundance of publications that can be found through "PUBMED" and has done extensive international collaborations. Najwa has done work in research with well known groups such as NESI and the CDC. Najwa hopes to establish and grow her center at the university and looks forward to more international collaborations.
