Nancy Alpough serves as SVP Financial Aid & Student Services for B&H Education. B&H owns and operates the Marinello Schools of Beauty in California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, and Utah. Marinello School of Beauty. Nancy has 24 years of corporate management and financial management experience within rapidly growing organizations and a Master’s degree from the University of Phoenix, 1999.
Prior to her position with B&H Education, Nancy served as Director of Campus Finance for the University of Phoenix from 1994 to 2001. Nancy is known by her colleagues as a key decision maker and leader who is highly qualified at managing the maintenance, growth and success of the financial aide department. Nancy works with tireless passion to improve the student experience and facilitate efficiency within the entire organization. She effectively establishes and implements successful strategies to achieve corporate financial goals while meeting regulatory compliance, fosters strong business relationships with vendors and analyzes and recommends solutions to organizational problems through strategic planning, process improvement, out-sourcing and performance management. She facilitates national meetings, workshops and training programs relating to finance, academic management and operations.
