She has advised many companies through significant transformations and is an experienced executive consultant and coach, facilitator, and has led numerous leadership workshops and team effectiveness sessions.

Nancy Weidenfeller, Ed.D. is the Owner, Principal Consultant, and Executive Coach at Nancy Weidenfeller Consulting. She brings over two decades of management and executive level leadership to the company. She began Nancy Weidenfeller Consulting so that she could focus on advising leaders of organizations on strategic planning, leadership effectiveness, building high performance teams, leading and managing change, and facilitating professional growth and development. Nancy works intently with leaders and high-potentials to expand capabilities, create a vision, and produce exceptional results in a variety of organizations and industries to help leaders transition to be ready to perform a leadership role. Nancy has been in a consulting role for 15 years. She helped numerous individuals build their careers, improve communication, better manage their time, and transform personal and professional relationships. She attributes her success to having a personal drive and passion for lifelong learning. When not working she enjoys golfing, drawing and painting to relax, and has season tickets to the Minnesota Twins Baseball team.
