Nasutsa Mabwa is the President of ServiceMaster By Simons, an emergency restoration and recovery company in Chicago where she brings unprecedented expertise in finance, budgeting, strategic operations and business development to her role. A dynamic leader, Ms. Mabwa provides the utmost service to those in the Chicago area and spearheads the wide gamut of company activity. After receiving her Master's in Urban Planning & Policy from the University of Illinois in 1999, Ms. Mabwa went on to earn her MBA at Roosevelt University with a concentration in real estate development. Frequently lauded publicly for her work, she is often requested as a panel speaker for female entrepreneurs and business owners and was named a Chicago Business Journal Woman of Influence in 2018 and also to Crain's Chicago Business 40 Under 40. She has appeared in various publications both in print and on the Web. Ms. Mabwa is a member of the Evanston Chamber of Commerce, Skokie Chamber of Commerce, and the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate, where she serves as an Advisory Board member. She is also IICRC certified in water and fire damage restoration. When not engaged with work, she enjoys raising her two children, landscaping, gardening, interior design, cooking. Also a passionate philanthropist, Ms. Mabwa partners with a local urban farm doing demonstration projects and education for local community organizations and frequently donates time and resources to A Safe Place Domestic Violence Organization.
