Natalie Overturf is the Senior Vice President over production for the mortgage division of HomeStreet Bank. Ms. Overturf joined HomeStreet in March 2012, coming from MetLife Home Loans where she was the District Manager overseeing the Mountain West Region. Ms. Overturf started working in the mortgage business 25 years ago. Over the course of her career she has held roles in Operations and spent many years as a top producing Branch Manager. Ms. Overturf is an accomplished and driven sales executive who remains on the cutting edge, attracting top talent and increasing company revenue. In 2018 Ms. Overturf successfully developed and rolled a training curriculum for her sales force. The objective of the training is to help loan officers grow their production, customer base and referrals. It is a high accountability training with weekly webinars and homework for the Loan Officers. She has seen great success with his program. In addition Ms. Overturf has a unique ability to understand compliance, system configuration and project implementation. She has successfully worked with others key leaders to streamline processes, expand product offerings and decrease expenses. Ms. Overturf lives in Coeur d’Alene Idaho with her husband of 20 years and her 14 year old twin daughters. She is an avid runner and enjoys boating and spending time at her lake cabin with family and friends. She is deeply committed to investing in others and finds her greatest fulfillment in being a part of something bigger. Ms. Overturf volunteers frequently at her daughters school and she and her husband have been asked to serve on the school board in 2019. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
