Nathalie Milian is Marketing Director, European Region at Chanel, responsible for her teams throughout Europe, Middle East, and Russia. She oversees daily operations and strategy for retail network, services implementation, events, retail programs, client development, visual merchandising, and more. Nathalie is a seasoned luxury goods professional experienced in all aspects of the commercial industry: market development, merchandising, retail, supply chain, and more. Her goal for the future is to move up within Chanel to a regional general manager position. So far, her success has stemmed from being a team player, being open minded, and of course working hard. Nathalie has an MBA in International Business Management from ESADE Business School, 1995, and is a member of the Association of Digital Marketing Leaders.
