Natasha Rambharose is a Human Resources Professional with over eleven (11) years of experience. At Heritage Petroleum Company Limited, she specializes in Compensation and Benefits, and recently transitioned into her current role. Part of an eleven (11) member HR Team, she is responsible for benefits administration which include management of the company’s medical, life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment plans. Additionally, she conducts orientation sessions (for new employees) and sensitization sessions (for existing employees) about these plans. With a background in business administration, payroll & benefits administration and human resources, Natasha has a master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Bedfordshire and holds the professional HR certification SHRM-CP. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Human Resource Management Association of Trinidad and Tobago (HRMATT) as well as an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (ACIPP) Looking ahead, Natasha hopes to eventually branch into consulting, and credits her success to perseverance and having a solid network.
