An esteemed professional of over two decades, Nancy Camacho Loaiciga is the Vice President of Operations and Shared Services for the Central America Hub of Scotiabank. In this role, Nancy is responsible for delivering the retail production for three countries and for keeping the branch network in place. She brings dynamic leadership skill and unmatched expertise in risk management, business administration, banking, and economics to all that she does.
Nancy holds her MBA from the Central America Institute as well as an additional Master's in Economics from the University of Costa Rica. She is also a member of the Lion Club and Rotary Club where she serves as a client and volunteer. Also a powerful public speaker, Nancy spoke at the conference for the Women's Association on risk management and for the bank for automation.
Moving forward, Nancy plans to be the head for a larger corporation by continuing to apply her core values of discipline, the right attitude, openness to change, and adaptability. She hopes to network internationally with likeminded female professionals as much as possible.
