Nessa Moran has been Regional Director and Founder for POPin since November 2015. This new start-up is a SaaS engagement tool that helps customers capture the forward-thinking ideas within your organization. It lets you collect suggestions and source solutions without the constraints of chaotic social feedback or overly directional surveys. The company utilizes a holistic approach to operationalizing collaboration within an enterprise by leveraging valuable assets. As regional director, Nessa is responsible for the new business development, follow ups with clients, and making sure the quality of service is perfected while maximizing all benefits.
Nessa’s parents were artists and she realized that she needed to create her own calling. In college, she took different courses and came naturally into political science. After her studies she had returned to a summer job in the entertainment industry which quickly led to a series of opportunities. POPin came about and she realized that she was in need of a change.
Nessa has been successful because of the personal connections she has created. She is a modern day "hybrid" and can contribute to any obstacle and tackle it properly. In the next 3-5 years, she will have the company grow nationwide with a robust team.
Nessa leads projects with public service announcements on equal right amendments campaign, domestic violence awareness and gun and safety legislation. Being able to make a difference gave her a sense of satisfaction. When not working she enjoys yoga, meditation, the outdoors, and wine tasting.
