Netta Avrahami-Fiss is an International Human Resources Executive with over 15 years of multinational experience and consulting. She is currently the VP of Human Resources for Investing.com, where she has been for nearly a year. As the only female executive within the company, she leads the course for change and is an evangelist for inclusion, both internally and externally.
Netta earned her bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sociology and Anthropology from Haifa University and received her master's degree in labor Studies from the University of Tel Aviv. She won First Prize in Employee Experience from The Human Resource Association of Israel 2016, and sits the judges panel for the award this year. Prior to joining Investing.com, Netta was HR Manager for PrimaryData, spent 8 years with IBM, and was Director of HR Operations and Administration for GIGya.
