With more than 25 years of experience in FMCG Marketing, Sales and General Management in international blue chip companies (Wella, Henkel & Schwarzkopf, Estée Lauder), Nicole Kremer is now in Management Consulting and Executive Search at Boyden International, which has 250 executives worldwide and specialises in automotive technology and consumer goods.
Nicole holds her degree from the University of Cologne in Germany in Product Marketing and Purchasing and is a member of the Women's Speaker Foundation in Munich. Frequently lauded for her work, she is the recipient of the Best Leader of Aveda award. Moving forward, she hopes to network with likeminded female professionals as much as possible.
When not engaged with work, Nicole loves travel, skiing and sailing as well as theater.
