Nicole Spee is the Finance Director of Dudok Wonen since 2009. She is responsible for residential housing finance, administration and tax, treasury portfolios, asset management, and information management. She make decisions on investments and is on the board of directors.
Nicola has been in the financial industry for a total of 14 years. She lectures at least 3 times a year and talks about the financing industry. She ventured into finance because she is very good at math and loves the sciences and math. When she was at the university it was clear to her that she wanted to be in financial management. Her career path was a natural progression for her.
The most rewarding aspects of her career have been becoming a successful business woman. She loves the diversity in the companies that she has had contracts with. Over the next 3 to 5 years she would like to move up in the industry.
