Nicole Craigwell-Syms is the Assistant Commissioner of the Virgin Islands Department of Health where she works in behavioral health and is involved with alcoholism and drug dependency services, as well as responsible for the territory wide program. Nicole is involved with 12 step programs, therapy, outpatient services, emergency management and spearheads all day to day operations. In the future, Nicole would love to open up a consulting firm that helps people with resume building and job searching. She would also love to be a tenured professor in a university. Nicole works with a great team that share her values, mission and vision and loves to help people and to see a program all the way through. When not engaged with work, Nicole enjoys travel, playing and teaching tennis, and dancing.
