Nina Zhao is the Assistant Branch Manager for Vanity Credit Union. She is responsible for Management, Strategic planning, Business development, Operations, Employee development, Training and coaching. The-Chosen to lead New Model Branch, which is the first of it's kind, is an open environment were customers and banking staff interact without restriction. Nina was previously the Senior Account Manager at Vancity Credit Union for 3 years and Account Manager of Vancity Credit Union for 2 years. Outside of work she is member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), and holds a U.K. Certified Professional Degree in Architecture. When not working she enjoys good food, travel, and movies.
