Biography

Noelle Boloyolo works in the Office of the President, moving to Canada in 1996 (during the war) from the Congo. Beginning in January 2015, she will start taking courses in public relations and communication. Currently she works at AfriCanada magazine offering her experience. She is also the CEO at Centre Providence Center. The company is a mental health center and a home for mentally challenged adults; teens are able to come on the weekends. Health and art are her passion. There is an art/musical theater festival at the end of the year. She sits on the school board to help youths with their problems. She has completed one year of legal studies.
