Noemi Valencia has been in her professional industry for more than 20 years., Founder and Director of Varmond School (K-9 private school), currently living and working Mexico, as a Global academic director Founder and Director of TRED Global a company which produces digital learning resources (more than 1000 iBooks), this company was founded by Noemi and her husband. Noemi's main role is to design books, most importantly designing the content of the book, the whole structure .The plan is to create systems and develop units to empower. There are two main processes the company follows digital process and assessment process. Noemi does business internationally and is fluent in Spanish , Portuguese, and English. Noemi is very passionate about the industry. Aside from the busy responsibilities she carries out within the company Noemi does volunteer work with Red Cross (local), as she loves to help out and give back. As far as public speaking engagements Noemi does many conferences as the key note speaker, workshops etc. Noemi bases all her success on her passion, having her own children as well as seeing areas where she wants and can make a difference. At this point Noemi is looking to network with like minded professionals, share her experiences and knowledge as well. Within the next five years Noemi goal is to develop a system that can be used globally, create digital content, giving children the tools they need to prosper.
