Olay Jabbi has over 10 years of experience in the technology industry and has worked for small startups to large Fortune 500 companies. She has managed multimillion dollar programs and currently oversees all the technology projects within the Collection Portfolio. Olay can provide mentorship to girls and women trying to get in technology and recently launched a startup, African Marketplace, a platform where sellers that sell African products can sell at a minimal cost.
Olay holds her Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from UTA, the University of Texas of Allentown, and is a member of PMI, the Project Management Institute. In the next 3-5 years, she would like to continue to grow within the company and will potentially grow into a director level position or chief of staff.
