Olga Navarro is an esteemed global marketing professional with three decades of experience currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources for Stryker Global Supply where she seamlessly oversees strategic development, labor law, media relations, and organization design for the company.
After receiving her Master's degree in Labor Relations from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico in 1999, Ms. Navarro enjoyed rapid success in her field. A dynamic public speaker, she is frequently requested at conferences and round table discussions to speak on organization design, as well as seminars at the University of Puerto Rico to students majoring in human resources. She is a member of the SHRN of Puerto Rico national chapter and labor relations chapter, as well as a member of ICF.
Also a committed philanthropist, Ms. Navarro gave back to her community and many employees after the devastation of Hurricane Maria. In her spare time, she enjoys boating, dance and movies.
