Olufolake Ajayi is the Managing Director of Madotsons Ltd. She is a very experienced and highly regarded midwife assisting women during labor and birth while focusing on prevention and education. She is proud to be a leader with a vision, she believes that without a vision, no none will follow. As managing Director of Madotsons she works to deliver dedicated healthcare services to clients needing a highly committed, reliable and passionate nurse /midwife with a wealth of experience in their team. Her passion and expertise goes beyond her midwife expertise and she also offers one to one mentoring and coaching to individuals in order to release their talent and optimize their potential. Her motivation and driving force to commitment and her passion is shared with others who aspire to be like her in the midwife profession. She is an instrumental figure to her students in passing the torch to the next generation in quality and safety. Olufolake Ajayi views her role as a midwife as having additional training and medical fluency to provide information, support, and advice to help women and families navigate their unique circumstances. She is passionate about the birth process and the empowerment of women.
