Pamela Jalkh is currently the Head of Dietitians for Compass Catering in Dohar, Qatar. She is responsible for the catering, menu, diet and nutritional plans for 7 hospitals in the Qatar region of the EAU. She is also heading over 24 Dietitians and 50 Administrative workers.
Prior to this, she worked in Lebanon's St. Theresa Hospital as a Dietitian and was a Member of The Lebanese Dietitians Association of France. She is also very involved with clinical food production and the nutritional sciences. She has worked in this field for over 15 years and has worked in a number of hospitals and governmental institutions, worldwide.
Pamela has a master's degree in Business Administration and Management in Healthcare Sciences from The Lebanese University, and completed two bachelors degrees in Nursing and Nutritional Sciences. She is looking at continuing her education and completing a PhD in Nutrition, and eventually start teaching at the university level.
Outside of her work, Pamela is also an advocate and proponent of UNICEF and the work they are doing internationally.
