Pamela Lopez is a Managing Partner for Customer Focused Strategies, LLC. Here, she is utilizing her unique set of skills in strategy, marketing, sales and customer service to help solve issues from a holistic, customer-centric perspective. The company works as an extension of the customer’s internal teams and are there from strategic analysis through implementation.
Pamela is an outstanding leader that achieved Vice President before the age of 32. She is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and general management of the company. She specializes in transformation, value creation and new product development for the telecom and cable industries. Pam co-manages a team of 25 seasoned veterans who support clients in development strategy and creating and executing go-to-market plans in rapidly changing, technology-intensive markets. Pam has worked with, or for, major operators in the US and Canada and has an in-depth knowledge of strategy, key trends and emerging threats for telecom and cable industries. Outside of work she likes to travel and cook.
