Pam Smits is a IT Service Delivery Manager. She is responsible for IT Service Support, Change, Incident and Problem Management, Hiring Staff, Training, and Touching base with the security staff on PCI compliance. Pam was previously a language interpreter and taught children and teenagers before her IT and Audit career. She attribute her success to working with great leadership, which has been mostly women who have mentored and supported her through her career. Pam’s future goals include broadening her spectrum and moving into a Senior Auditing position. Throughout her career she has demonstrated strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a proven track record of accountability. When not working she enjoys spending time with her children and volunteering.
