My two beautiful children, Rossella and Filippo, are my strenght and help me in bringing energy and "youth" in everything I do in my life.

Paola Giampaolo has over 20 years of experience in HR development processes including, recruiting, performance and competence management, talent management, compensation, training, international mobility and internal communication. Paola has leadership experience in HR development projects in complex and international environments. She has lectured on Italian language for one year in Scotland. Paola is the author of a book of short stories "Riflessi." (Firenze libri editore, 1996) She is the co-author of "O l'impresa, o La Vita - storie organizzative ed epiche" (Egea editore, 2013). Paola is fluent in Italian, English and some French and German.
