Paola Olaeta has over 15 years of experience as a digital marketer and graphic designer, and serves as Digital Marketing and Sales Director for Los de Idea SC. Her average day consists of helping the Marketing Team and Sales Team exceed client expectations, and overseeing marketing campaigns that promote company products and enhance brand awareness in the digital sector. She drives website traffic and acquires leads, and works closely with the Finance Department and Sales Team to ensure top performance and efficiency. Certified with HubSpot, Paola graduated with a marketing degree a bachelor's degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana. She is also Marketing and Sales Inbound Certified. Previously, Paola worked in graphic design on a project for the Walt Disney Company, and has managed all manner of projects in marketing, digital software and media. In her free time, she enjoys travel and is a food critic. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like minded professionals, and keep learning from others experience.
