Parinita Bajaj Marro is the Talent Acquisition for DAMAC. She has been in her current role for eight years. She is responsible for recruitment and per mandates. During her day she receives and finds appropriate talent, does social media, speaks, makes the database, cold calls, sees if people are interested to join their organization, human relations and trains.
Parinita came into this career by way of natural progression. Her expertise are in recruitment and employee relations. She has a Master’s Degree in English from the University in India in 2008. She also has a diploma in HR from YWCA, in India, from 2004. She belongs to the Small World Organization and an HR Association.
She was published in Germany when she wrote a small article about life in 2014. She has won awards for English, Sports and an award in India for Citizens Responsibility. In the future she hopes to open her own institute talking to multicultural people. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
