Patricia Duggan is an Independent Consultant for Arbonne International LLC. She has been running her own business Arbonne for six months while still being involved with Balfour BT as the General Manger where she has been for 12 Years. Balfour is an investment and asset management firm focusing on the construction industry. Arbonne sells Health & Wellbeing Products through a direct sales model. She is currently building the sales force, recruiting and training them to sell to the network.
Her model is the future as it will allow her sales staff to work from anywhere. The products will be of the highest quality and will all be green, vegan, gluten-free and sustainable. She specializes in management and leadership, and has received her APM certification in the UK which is the equivalent of PMI Project Management Certification here in the US.
She is a member of APM, MCIOB, CIPS, and Canadian Construction for Women. She is on several financial panels and at the Woman's Infrastructure Network. She won the Gold Award Vancouver Regional Association in 2018; the project was a 350 million dollar hospital designed, built and managed by her firm, Balfour BT.
On the horizon, she would like to continue with both companies, and credits her success to her work ethic, determination, and commitment. She enjoys travel, networking, and outdoor activities, and is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
