My professional career started in MetLife Chile as Talent Acquisition Analyst from 2014 to 2017. I was responsible for the recruiting and selection, I interviewed candidates in Spanish and/or English in order to evaluate competencies and apply the psychological and technical tests as required for local or regional positions. I elaborated reports and had the opportunity to interact with heads of departments and other internal clients, which allowed me to develop negotiating skills and diplomacy. I participated in key projects such Onboarding for critical positions, Employee Value Proposition, training and assessments.
In 2017, I had the opportunity to change roles within MetLife to Sr. Talent Management Analyst where I was in charge of supporting the performance development process for the Holding, training and motivating leaders in the use of the HR digital platform and tracking the areas KPIs. I had greater exposition with higher management participating in talent reviews, promoted internal talent for development programs, initiated the company’s mentoring program and promoted with the HR team the new internship program. I supported the management of initiatives of Diversity and Inclusion with a particular focus on female talent (women’s network) and sponsoring the inclusion of individuals with disabilities. I also supported the actions related to Recognition, Organizational Health and Wellness along with being in charge of the areas expense provisions and budget management.
In September 2018, I left MetLife and accepted a new professional challenge in thyssenkrupp Elevator in Chile as Regional Talent and Recruiting Analyst. In this current role I give support and deploy all talent and recruiting strategies in our 13 Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America. I am excited to see what this role has to offer.

Patricia Guerrero has over five years of experience in her current field. She has experience and has participated in all talent initiatives, such as performance development process, talent review, succession, diversity and inclusion, recruiting, onboarding, employee value proposition and integration of people with diverse abilities.
She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2013 from the Universidad De Los Andes. She has always been interested in being part of of an HR team because of her background in psychology. She has attended several conferences.
In the next few years, Patricia would like to have a management position, leading a team. She is most proud of her personal growth. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals and gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
