- I've been doing recruitment work for 22 years. I really believe I add value by coaching. There's so many people in the business world, especially women. In Holland, we still have a back log of women in good positions. I know a lot about the working environment for women, know how to add quality of people through recruitment.
- Next 3-5 years: Seeing my company thriving with a lot of clients, combining it with the networks I already have. I would like to combine my coaching business with other coaches, and still be working as corporate recruiter. I'd like to make the best of both worlds.

- Career highlight(s): I've always enjoyed taking on young talented people, and then seeing them grow into Vice Presidents and Presidents, especially for big companies. I've always enjoyed making the company grow because I knew exactly who they needed to take on.
