Patricia Vanessa Zambrano Vernay has over 15 years of experience in her field. She has two roles within her company: HR Director and she leads the diversion inclusion committee. She directs the organizational development and strategy throughout LATAM for both commercial and manufacture departments.
Patricia is noted for change management and organizational development. She has a Master’s Degree in Change Management and Organizational Development from the Universidad Catolica Andres in 2008. Patricia is a Certified Public Speaker for 3M.
