Pat Weber first began her career in Construction Management at the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York. In September 2014, she changed careers and established her own business, Gourmet Home Chefs, which provides fresh and homemade meals to the Tri-State area. Pat attributes her success to her keen eye for detail. In the next 5 years, she is looking forward to expanding her business to include catering events and partnering with homeless shelters.
