Paula Villasenor Bell has over 10 yrs with Procter & Gamble, and three years in her current position as Senior Manager. She is currently transitioning roles. Paula has been a communications manager who oversees Public Relations and Communication Strategies. From Argentina to Mexico her relationship building with numerous branded companies has shown her competency to manage and oversee teams.
She studied business administration in college and wanted to find a more creative job than administrative role. She loves developing communications strategies and her career has been a natural progression through out the process. She has a Masters of Business Administration from Unversidade IberoAmericano, 2009, and is a member of the The Hotel and Restaurants Association.
In the next few years, she wants to start partnering externally pursuing some lucrative consulting work. She also wants to explore further in the consulting sector as well as continue with PNG, consolidating her roles and getting recommended for another roles. The keys to her success are being curious, a willingness to learn, and being open to exploring new ways of doing things. She enjoys swimming, travel, parenting, and reading. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
