Paula Penson has 18 years of experience consulting and currently provides leadership management services including leadership development, training modules, executive development and organizational assessment skills. Paula has over 40 years of military experience. Now retired, Paula would like to be recognized as a Colonel from the United States Air Force, a Senior Health Administrator, and the first female missile maintenance technician in the Air Force, 1973. She believes that formal education, perseverance, courage, and leadership are important keys to her success.
