After collaborating for 7 years in two mayor firms; Matteo Thun & partners (Milan) and JSa (Mexico City) she opened her own firm in 2010, P Calzada Arquitectos. In 2017 a new adventure was added, an ecological furniture brand made out of recycled material: LUKEN.

Paola Calzada has over 15 years of experience in her current field.
She has her own architecture firm in Mexico City. Her architecture firm is currently working domestically but the furniture brand LUKEN, is growing and she expects to start exporting by the end of 2019.
She has a Master’s of Arts in Industrial Design from Futurarium and Interior design studies from European Institute of Design from 2001. She is part of the International Architecture Association and the Mexican School of Architecture.
She has given around 30 lectures all over Mexico, for students, architectural associations and female associations that search empowering female public speakers.
She is a lecturer at UNAM postgraduate Interior Design Program and has lectured in 3 other universities, domestically.
In the next few years she would like to develop her brand further. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
